Our project methodology is standards-based and proven and covers all phases and activities of the project.  All activities comply with industry standards and best practices.  In fact, with years of experience behind us, we have been able to formulate best practices for specific activities in the project.  These practices are important from the standpoint of unique cultural and geography of the region.Project ManagementBIH considers Project Management key to any successful project.  Therefore, you will find all our turnkey projects are headed by a full-time project manager who is skilled and experienced apart from being intuitive to project-time issues.  The project management plan contains the details of project co-ordination, activity dates, exception monitoring, and milestones.  Project Status reporting is a vital part of our project management.  We keep our clients regularly updated of the status of the project that will allow us to take client inputs wherever possible.

  • Survey, design, installation, testing and commissioning of new technology digital electronic cabinets.
  • GSM mobile telephone system, including topographic survey, design and engineering, civil works, towers and antenna installation, equipment installation, system testing, training and maintenance.
  • Design and implementation of data transmission networks, including LAN and WAN.
  • Installation of subscriber access network equipment, analogue or digital.
Additionally, BIH Est., has considerable experience in Project Management.  This expertise has been developed over a number of years, not only from a requirement to carefully and efficiently manage its own work force, but as an essential project ingredient when managing contracted-out and sub-contract personnel.  Given the differing needs in various countries, and often with the prerequisite to utilize local contractors, particularly on large scale projects, it became essential to take responsibility for overall management.  Small scale contractors with no previous experience of Project Management.  Are soon integrated into an efficient method of control, where costs and progress can be carefully monitored.  Clients benefit from this control by improved reporting and adherence to project budgets.  With the aid of generic Software, and specially developed routines, BIH Est., can effectively manage Projects large or small, irrespective of the Country of operation.Where do we operate?Anywhere there is a commercial and technical need for our specialized services.
